It is advisable to make an appointment,standard appointments are 10-15mins, if you require a long appointment please request an appointment of 20-30mins.However we do our best to assist all walk-in patients within a reasonable time. Emergencies and booked appointments have priority over patients without an appointment.

New Patients
If you are attending the clinic for the first time we ask that you arrive 10-15mns prior to your appointment to complete our registration process. Alternatively you can complete our online New Patient Information Forms. Please ensure you have discussed any possible costs for your appointment with our reception team prior to your arrival. Long Appointments
When booking an appointment please advise reception if you require any of the following services so we can allocate the appropriate time for your consultation.
- Pap Smear, Implanon or Mirena Insertion/Removal
- Procedure (e.g. ear suction, lesion removal)
- Health Assessment
- Chronic Disease Care Plan
- Skin Check
- Mental Health Care Plan
- Multiple Health Problems
- Childhood Immunisation
- Diabetes / Asthma Cycle of Care
- Medical (EG: workplace, driving or diving)
Home Visits
Home Visits are available at the discretion of your treating Doctor and are available to patients by previous arrangements. Please be aware fees may apply. If you would like to request a home visit please contact the clinic.
